Was your bag removed from a public place and a sticker was placed nearby? Then your bag has been removed by our Gear Team due to storing it inappropriately.
The bag itself cannot be claimed back as it is sent to a recycling facility but if you had personal items inside, you can claim them by filling out the form under.
Register your lost items
Please make sure to send the ID mentioned on the sticker as well as your complete identity to be able to retrieve your personal items.
Normal waiting time is 5 business days. Emails without ID or not connected to a Courier Partner account will not be answered.
