Why can’t I see the deals anymore?
Our insurance partner Onsi was previously handling the deals on their own portal. This partnership is terminated as the Operations Team is now working on sourcing benefits for our couriers locally.
This means that you will get benefits with a better focus on local needs.
Am I still insured?
Yes, the termination of the deal partnership with Onsi doesn’t impact your insurance coverage one bit. You can still log into Onsi dashboard to see your insurance benefits or make a claim.

When will I get access to the new deals?
The new benefits will be published on this page as soon as they are ready to be used. We will send communication to the concerned courier partners as well to inform you about this important update.
It is really important for us to provide relevant benefits and we are working to implement them as soon as possible.
